DESC procures a number of services from vendors, primarily from Detroit and southeastern Michigan-based businesses.
As new opportunities arise, we issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Active RFQ’s and RFP’s are open to all qualified bidders and are listed on this page, so if you see one that falls within your field of expertise, we encourage you to consider responding.
