DESC’s Community Partner Network provides tremendous value to the city of Detroit’s workforce community. Through our partner network your organization joins many organizations with the expertise that is key to delivering comprehensive services and employment opportunities to Detroiters in a systemized way.
Our network of workforce partners currently consists of over 100 agencies and organizations that assist us by:
- Connecting our services to the organizations, communities and residents that need them most
- Providing Detroit jobseekers with increased access to employment opportunities through quality career development and support services
- Exposing and growing the base of talent in Detroit
- Fostering a cohesive community of service providers dedicated to cultivating a quality workforce
Some of our partners are contracted to provide direct services for our customers. Others support us by referring would-be jobseekers to our One-Stop locations to take part in our employer recruiting events, trainings and workshops.
